Early in vitro studies showed that ansatrienin B potentiates the chemotherapeutic action of 5-fluorouracil , cisplatin , bleomycin , mitomycin C , and 6-mercaptopurine. Ansatrienin B is a hydroquinone form of ansatrienin A .
