α-defensin 5

Human α-defensin 5 是抗病毒肽，能够阻断多种无包膜病毒感染，如AdV、HPV以及多瘤病毒（IC50: HPV16为0.6-1.25 μM）。它通过与病毒衣壳结合来阻止病毒从内体逃逸，并能增强HIV与细胞表面的结合作用。此外，Human α-defensin 5 还具备对抗寄生虫的活性。
