No cross reactivity with human IgG1 lambda, human IgG2 lambda.The plate was coated with 1 μg/mL of different immunoglobulins. 0.25 μg/mL of Rabbit anti-Human Kappa Light Chain Secondary Antibody was used to detect these human immunoglobulins. (Validation Experiment)
