1. Immunochemical staining of human PPM1G in human heart with rabbit monoclonal antibody (1:200, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections). Positive staining was localized to cardiac muscle.

2. Immunochemical staining of human PPM1G in human epididymis with rabbit monoclonal antibody (1:200, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections). Positive staining was localized to skeletal muscle.

3. Immunofluorescence staining of Human PPM1G in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human PPM1G monoclonal antibody (1:60) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green).

4. Anti-PPM1G rabbit monoclonal antibody at 1:500 dilution.
