验证活性
1. Immobilized MMAF-OVA, MMAE-ADC, Naked Antibody, MMAE-OVA, OVA, at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well), then add the Anti-MMAF Antibody to detect the cross-reactivity. (Validation Experiment)
2. Immobilized MMAF-OVA at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind the Anti-MMAF Antibody, the EC50is 1-80 ng/mL.
3. Immobilized MMAF-OVA at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well), free MMAF and Anti-MMAF Antibody add to the plate (totol volume 50 μL/well, Anti-MMAF Antibody working concentration is 0.05 μg/ml), the binding of MMAF-OVA and Anti-MMAF Antibody were blocked by the gradient-diluted free MMAF from 2.5 μg/mL. (Validation Experiment)
