1. All lanes use the Antibody at 1:1K dilution for 1 hour at room temperature.
2. All lanes use the Antibody at 1:1K dilution for 1 hour at room temperature.
3. Western blot analysis of Ephrin B2 expression in (1) HEK293 cell lysate; (2) Mouse spleen lysate.
4. Immunofluorescent analysis using the Antibody at 1:50 dilution.

研究背景Cell surface transmembrane ligand for Eph receptors, a family of receptor tyrosine kinases which are crucial for migration, repulsion and adhesion during neuronal, vascular and epithelial development. Binds promiscuously Eph receptors residing on adjacent cells, leading to contact-dependent bidirectional signaling into neighboring cells. The signaling pathway downstream of the receptor is referred to as forward signaling while the signaling pathway downstream of the ephrin ligand is referred to as reverse signaling.
