Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human DPEP3 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-DPEP3 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 6.841-7.498 ng/mL.
2. The Binding Activity of Macaca fascicularis DPEP3 with Anti-DPEP3 recombinant antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Macaca fascicularis DPEP3 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-DPEP3 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 7.817-8.936 ng/mL.
