Glycoprotein B is a peptide with the sequence H2N-Ser-Ser-Ile-Glu-Phe-Ala-Arg-Leu-OH, MW= 922.04. glycoprotein B is a viral glycoprotein that is involved in the viral cell entry of Herpes simplex virus. The herpesvirus glycoprotein B is the most highly c
eIF4E-IN-3 is a highly effective inhibitor of eukaryotic initiation factor 4e (eIF4e), exhibiting noteworthy potential for investigating eIF4e dependent diseases, particularly cancer research (WO2021003157A1, compound 485).
FAM-DEALAHypYIPMDDDFQLRSF is a 5,6-carboxyfluorescein (FAM) labeled HIF-1α peptide. It binds with high affinity to von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) protein (KD= 3 nM). Can be used to assess ligand binding to VHL in a direct fluorescence polarization (FP) displacement assay. Excitation/emission maxima (λ) = 485/520 nm. This product is a longer peptide version of FAM-DEALA-Hyp-YIPD.
MIT-PZR is a mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probe.1It is aggregation-induced emission (AIE) active and displays absorption/emission maxima of 485/705 nm, respectively. MIT-PZR can be used in live cells andin vivo. 1.Dong, Y., Chen, Z., Hou, L., et al.Mitochondria-targeted aggregation-induced emission active near infrared fluorescent probe for real-time imagingSpectrochim. The renin fluorogenic substrate consists of the normal peptide substrate for renin which has been linked to the fluorophore EDANS at one end and to a non-fluorescent quenching molecule (Dabcyl) at the other. After cleavage by renin, the product (peptide-EDANS) is brightly fluorescent and can be easily analyzed using an excitation wavelength of 340 nm and emission wavelengths of 485-510 nm.
FAM-DEALA-Hyp-YIPD is a fluorescent HIF-1α peptide (Kd= 180-560 nM). Can be used to assess VHL binding in Fluorescence Polarization (FP) displacement assay, and evaluate the effect of VHL binding on degradation activity. Excitation maximum = 485 nm, emission maximum = 535 nm. Longer peptide version, FAM-DEALAHypYIPMDDDFQLRSF, also available.
