Ephrin 家族

Ephrins也称为肝配蛋白配体或 Eph 家族受体相互作用蛋白，它作为 Eph 受体配体的蛋白质家族。Eph受体又构成了已知最大的受体蛋白-酪氨酸激酶（RTK）亚家族。由于肝配蛋白配体和 Eph 受体都是膜结合蛋白，因此 Eph/肝配蛋白细胞内信号通路的结合和激活只能通过直接的细胞间相互作用发生。Eph/ephrin 信号转导调节胚胎发育过程中的各种生物过程，包括轴突生长锥的引导、组织边界的形成、细胞迁移和分割。此外，Eph/ephrin 信号转导已被确定在维持成年期的几个过程中起关键作用，包括长期增强、血管生成、和干细胞分化。
