m-PEG5-acid is a PEG-based linker for PROTACs which joins two essential ligands, crucial for forming PROTAC molecules. This linker enables selective protein degradation by leveraging the ubiquitin-proteasome system within cells.
m-PEG5-phosphonic acid ethyl ester is a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-derived linker commonly employed in the construction of proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs)[1].
m-PEG5-phosphonic acid is a PEG-based linker for PROTACs which joins two essential ligands, crucial for forming PROTAC molecules. This linker enables selective protein degradation by leveraging the ubiquitin-proteasome system within cells.
m-PEG5-sulfonic acid is a PEG-based linker for PROTACs which joins two essential ligands, crucial for forming PROTAC molecules. This linker enables selective protein degradation by leveraging the ubiquitin-proteasome system within cells.
VUN 00829, also known as N-(m-PEG4)-N'-(PEG4-acid)-Cy5 is a near infrared (NIR) fluorescent Cy 5 labeled PEG derivative containing free terminal carboxyl acid. Terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) to form a stable amide bond. The hydophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. Cy5 labeled PEG derivative can be easily traced from its blue color and strong fluorescence. This product has no formal name at the moment. For the convenience of communication, a temporary code name was therefore proposed according to MedKoo Chemical Nomenclature (see web page: https: www.medkoo.com page naming).
