受体丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶(Receptor Serine/Threonine Kinases)是单次跨膜蛋白受体,在胞内区具有丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶活性,该受体以异二聚体行使功能。主要使下游信号蛋白中的丝氨酸或苏氨酸磷酸化,把细胞外的信号传入细胞内,再通过影响基因转录来达到多种生物学功能。
