Angiopoietin 家族

血管生成素 (Angiopoietin) 在胚胎和出生后血管生成中发挥作用。血管生成素细胞因子通过向血管周围的平滑肌细胞发出信号，参与控制微血管通透性、血管舒张和血管收缩。在结构上，血管生成素具有一个 N 端超聚类结构域、一个中央卷曲结构域、一个连接区和一个负责配体和受体之间结合的 C 端纤维蛋白原相关结构域。
