产品描述	Diethylmaleate (Maleic acid, diethyl ester) is the diethyl ester of maleic acid and a glutathione-depleting compound that inhibits NF-kB.
体外活性	Diethylmaleate和iodoacetate的组合以时间和浓度依赖的方式对星形胶质细胞造成了增强的损伤[1]。
体内活性	In TR- rats, in spite of a dilatation of the Golgi apparatus and of the endoplasmic reticulum. It is unlikely that the alterations in the Golgi apparatus (and the endoplasmic reticulum) induced by diethylmaleate play a role in the canalicular secretion of diethylmaleate.
