肿瘤坏死因子受体

肿瘤坏死因子受体 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor, TNFR) 超家族（TNFRSF）是细胞因子受体的蛋白质超家族，其特征在于能够通过富含细胞外半胱氨酸的结构域结合肿瘤坏死因子（TNFs）。TNFRs主要参与细胞凋亡和炎症，但它们也可以参与其他信号转导途径，如增殖、存活和分化。TNFRs在哺乳动物的多种组织中表达，特别是在白细胞中。TNFRSF有 27 个家族成员，从严格意义上讲， TNFR通常指TNFR1和TNFR2。
