实体瘤靶点蛋白

在实体肿瘤方面CAR-T取得了一定的研究进展，包括食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌等。与血液瘤相比，实体瘤类型繁多、致病机制多样，靶标选择难度大，在研项目的靶点较为分散。整体来看，Mesothelin、HER2、EGFR、GPC3、GD2、CD276、MUC1、Claudin 18.2（CLDN18.2）等是常见靶点。
