转化生长因子-β (Transforming Growth Factor-β, TGF-β) 是一种多功能细胞因子,属于转化生长因子超家族,包括三种不同的哺乳动物亚型(TGF-β 1~3,HGNC编号TGFB1、TGFB2、TGFB3)和许多其他信号蛋白。TGFB 蛋白由所有白细胞谱系产生。活化的 TGF-β 复合物与其他因子形成与 TGF-β 受体结合的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶复合物。TGF-β受体由1型和2型受体亚基组成。TGF-β结合后,2型受体激酶磷酸化并激活1型受体激酶,从而激活信号级联反应。TGF-β在干细胞分化以及T细胞调控和分化中也起着至关重要的作用。由于其在免疫和干细胞调控和分化中的作用,它是癌症、自身免疫性疾病和传染病领域中研究最多的细胞因子。
