髓样细胞包括树突状细胞,单核细胞,巨噬细胞,粒细胞。
树突状细胞(Dendritic cells, DCs)是哺乳动物免疫系统的抗原呈递细胞。DCs 的主要功能是处理抗原物质并将其呈现在细胞表面给免疫系统的 T 细胞。
单核细胞 (Monocyte) 来源于骨髓中的髓样祖细胞。人单核细胞主要有三种不同的亚群:经典型、中间型和非经典型。根据细胞表面抗原(CD14、CD16和CD64)的表达和趋化因子受体(CD192 (CCR2)和CX3CR1)的表达来定义人外周血单核细胞。单核细胞表达白细胞粘附分子(CD226),CD抗原与CD155的相互作用调节单核细胞迁移。单核细胞在清除入侵的细菌、病毒、真菌和原生动物时起到关键作用,并对炎症和退行性疾病的发病机制产生负面影响。
巨噬细胞是先天免疫系统的一种白细胞,可吞噬和消化病原体,如癌细胞、微生物 、细胞碎片和异物。它们可通过特异性表达蛋白质来识别,例如 CD14、CD40、CD11b、CD64、F4/80(小鼠)/EMR1(人)、溶菌酶 M、MAC-1/MAC-3 和 CD68。
