表皮生长因子受体

表皮生长因子受体 (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptors, EGFRs) 是一种跨膜蛋白，是细胞外蛋白配体表皮生长因子家族成员的受体。通过结合其特定配体（包括表皮生长因子和转化生长因子 α）而被激活。EGFR对乳腺的导管发育至关重要，EGFR的激动剂如双调蛋白、TGF-α和heregulin，即使在没有雌激素和孕激素的情况下也能诱导导管和小叶肺泡发育。
