血小板源生长因子受体 (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptors, PDGFRs) 是血小板源生长因子（PDGF）家族成员的细胞表面酪氨酸激酶受体。PDGF亚基-A和-B是调节细胞增殖、细胞分化、细胞生长、发育和包括癌症在内的许多疾病的重要因素。PDGF-R有两种形式，α和β，每种形式由不同的基因编码。根据结合的生长因子，PDGF-R 同源或异源二聚化。对 RTKs 诱导的不同信号级联的检查确立了 Ras/MAPK、PI3K和PLCγ通路作为 PDGFR 信号转导的关键下游介质。此外，活性氧依赖性 STAT3 激活已被确定为血管平滑肌细胞中 PDGFR 信号传导的关键下游介质。
