纤维生长因子受体

纤维生长因子受体 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptors, FGFRs) 是与纤维生长因子（Fibroblast Growth Factor ,FGF）蛋白家族成员结合的受体。FGFR 由一个由三个免疫球蛋白样结构域组成的细胞外配体结构域、一个跨膜螺旋结构域和一个具有酪氨酸激酶活性的细胞内结构域组成。FGF/FGFR信号通路与多种癌症有关。目前有作用于所有 FGFR1-4 和其他蛋白质的非选择性 FGFR 抑制剂，以及作用于部分/全部 FGFR1-4 的一些选择性 FGFR 抑制剂，例如AZD4547、BGJ398、JNJ42756493和PD173074。
