B细胞,也称为B淋巴细胞,是淋巴细胞亚型的一种白细胞。它们在适应性免疫系统的体液免疫成分中起作用。在哺乳动物中,B细胞在骨髓中成熟。B 细胞活化发生在次级淋巴器官 (SLO) 中,例如脾脏和淋巴结。B细胞在骨髓中成熟后,它们通过血液迁移到SLO,SLO通过循环淋巴液获得持续的抗原供应。在 SLO 中,当 B 细胞通过其 BCR 与抗原结合时,B 细胞激活开始。
未成熟的 B 细胞可表达 CD19、CD20、CD34、CD38 和 CD45R。大多数成熟 B 细胞表达IgM、CD19、CD20 和 CD22。活化的 B 细胞会表达 CD30。血浆 B 细胞不能表达 CD19,但可表达 CD78。
