产品描述	Thalidomide-NH-CH2-COOH ((2-(2,6-Dioxopiperidin-3-yl)-1,3-dioxoisoindolin-4-yl)glycine) is a synthesized E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate containing a Thalidomide-based cereblon ligand and a linker.
体外活性	PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one of them is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other one is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
