血管内皮生长因子受体 (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptors, VEGFRs) 是血管内皮生长因子（Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor ,VEGF）的受体。VEGFR有三种主要亚型，编号为1、2和3。根据选择性剪接，它们可能是膜结合的（mbVEGFR）或可溶的（sVEGFR）。 VEGFR的细胞外部分由 7 个免疫球蛋白样结构域、一个跨膜区域和一个包含分裂酪氨酸激酶结构域的细胞内部分组成。VEGFR-2 似乎介导了几乎所有已知的细胞对 VEGF 的反应。VEGFR-1 的功能尚不明确，尽管它被认为可以调节 VEGFR-2 信号传导。VEGFR-1 的另一个功能是充当虚拟/诱饵受体，将 VEGF 从 VEGFR-2 结合中隔离出来。VEGFR-1 （sFlt1）的可变剪接形式不是膜结合蛋白，而是分泌的，主要用作诱饵。VEGFR-3 介导淋巴管生成以响应 VEGF-C 和 VEGF-D。VEGFR抑制剂用于治疗癌症。
