血小板源生长因子

血小板衍生生长因子（PDGF）是调节细胞生长和分裂的众多生长因子之一。特别是，PDGF在血管形成、现有血管组织中的血管生长、间充质细胞的有丝分裂发生以及间充质细胞的趋化性中起着重要作用。血小板源生长因子是一种二聚体糖蛋白，可以由两个 A 亚基（PDGF-AA）、两个 B 亚基（PDGF-BB）或各一个（PDGF-AB）组成。PDGF有五种不同的亚型，它们通过两种不同的受体激活细胞反应。已知配体包括：PDGF-AA （PDGFA）、-BB （PDGFB）、-CC （PDGFC）和 -DD （PDGFD）以及 -AB （PDGFA 和 PDGFB 异二聚体）。配体与两种酪氨酸激酶受体单体PDGFRα（PDGFRA）和-Rβ（PDGFRB）相互作用。重组PDGF在医学上用于帮助治愈慢性溃疡，在骨科手术和牙周病学中作为骨自体移植的替代品，以刺激骨再生和修复。
