在血液系统恶性肿瘤中,CD19、BCMA 和 CD22 是最常研究的靶点蛋白。其中CD19是治疗 B 细胞血液癌症的首要靶点。BCMA 和 CD22 都是 B 细胞表面表达的抗原,靶向这两个靶点的细胞疗法可以用于治疗对靶向 CD19 的细胞疗法产生耐药性的 B 细胞血液癌症患者。其他正在研究的相关靶点还有GPRC5D、CLEC12A和 CD7等。
