酶联受体是一种跨膜受体,其中细胞外配体的结合引起细胞内酶活性。因此,酶联受体是一种具有催化和受体功能的完整膜蛋白。大多数酶联受体是酪氨酸激酶受体。酶联受体有两个重要的结构域:细胞外配体结合结构域、细胞内结构域,具有催化功能和单个跨膜螺旋。信号分子与细胞外部的受体结合,并引起位于细胞内受体催化功能的构象变化。
