呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory syncytial virus ,RSV),也称为人类呼吸道合胞病毒(hRSV)和人类正肺病毒,是一种常见的传染性病毒,可引起呼吸道感染。它是一种阴性的单链RNA病毒。RSV 根据 F 和 G 表面蛋白对单克隆抗体的反应性分为 A 和 B 两种抗原亚型。一般来说,RSV 亚型 A (RSVA) 被认为比 RSV 亚型 B (RSVB) 更具毒性,具有更高的病毒载量和更快的传播时间。
