集落刺激因子

集落刺激因子 (Colony-Stimulating Factors, CSFs) 是一种分泌的糖蛋白，与骨髓中祖细胞表面的受体蛋白结合，从而激活细胞内信号通路，使细胞增殖并分化成特定种类的血细胞（通常是白细胞）。“集落刺激因子”这个名字来源于发现它们的方法。例如，发现刺激巨噬细胞集落形成的物质称为巨噬细胞集落刺激因子，对于粒细胞，称为粒细胞集落刺激因子等。集落刺激因子包括:巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（CSF1）、粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（CSF2，也称为 GM-CSF 和Sargramostim)、粒细胞集落刺激因子（CSF3，也称为 G-CSF 和Filgrastim)、白细胞介素 3等。
