产品描述	Hyperforin dicyclohexylammonium salt is a transient receptor canonical 6 channel activator with antidepressant effect. It modulates Ca2+ levels by activating Ca2+-conducting non-selective canonical TRPC6 channels.
体外活性	Hyperforin dicyclohexylammonium salt shows a multi-directional mechanism of action. It also blocks the conductance of ligand-gated (GABA, NMDA, and AMPA receptors) and voltage-gated channels (Ca2+, K+, and Na+)[2].
