MHC 系列蛋白

MHC (Major Histocompatibility Complex) 主要组织相容性复合体，是一组位于细胞表面的蛋白质，其主要功能是展示抗原片段给T细胞，这一过程对免疫系统识别和清除感染至关重要。MHC分为两类：MHC I 分子：存在于几乎所有核状细胞的表面。它们将内部产生的蛋白质（如病毒蛋白或肿瘤蛋白）的片段展示给 CD8+ T 细胞（细胞毒性 T 细胞）。这有助于免疫系统检测和消灭被感染的细胞或癌细胞。MHC II 分子：主要表达在免疫系统的专职抗原呈递细胞（如树突状细胞、巨噬细胞和 B细胞）上。它们呈递来自细胞外环境的抗原片段给 CD4+ T 细胞（辅助 T 细胞），从而启动和调节免疫应答。
