异构酶

异构酶是将分子从一种异构体转化为另一种异构体的一类酶。异构酶促进分子内的重排，从而破坏和形成键。异构酶催化许多生物过程中的反应，例如糖酵解和碳水化合物代谢。在 EC 编号系统中，异构酶被归类为EC 5。
