细胞粘附受体

细胞粘附受体 (Cell Adhesion Receptors) 是一种细胞表面的蛋白质，多为糖蛋白。它们具有介导细胞之间或细胞与基质之间的黏附与相互作用，并能转导信号。在调节基因表达和细胞生长、构成细胞骨架、细胞周期和细胞凋亡中都起重要作用。细胞粘附的改变会破坏重要的细胞过程，从而导致多种疾病。在癌症领域中，研究较多的粘附受体有整合素和钙黏素。
