产品描述	Mianserin, an H1 receptor reverse agonist, is a psychoactive compound in the tetracyclic antidepressant (TeCA) treatment family. Mianserin has antidepressant, antianxiety, antiemetic, hypotrophic, hypnotic and antihistamine effects, and can be used as a combination of norepinephrine and specific serotonin to treat depression.
体内活性	The atypical antidepressant mianserin, administered at doses of 1, 5 and 10 mg/kg SC, dose-dependently increased up to about 6 times extracellular dopamine in the medial prefrontal cortex of the rat. Mianserin failed to modify extracellular dopamine in the nucleus accumbens. Mianserin also dose-dependently increased extracellular noradrenaline in the prefrontal cortex[1].
