产品描述	Iberin (NSC-321801) induces apoptosis and inhibits cell survival (IC50 = 2.3 μM). Iberin is an analog of sulforaphane.
靶点活性	Cell survival:2.3 μM
体外活性	Iberin inhibits neuroblastoma cell growth in a dose- and time-dependent manner and inhibits the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase Cdk2, Cdk4, and Cdk6 proteins. Iberin increases the apoptotic cell death and activates caspase-9, caspase-3, and PARP[2].
体内活性	Iberin enhances tissue levels of the phase II detoxification enzymes quinone reductase and GST in a variety of rat tissues[5].
