产品描述	Bucladesine sodium (DC2797) is a cAMP analog with cell-permeable properties. Bucladesine sodium is also a cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) activator and a phosphodiester (PDE) inhibitor. Bucladesine sodium has anti-inflammatory activity.
体外活性	方法：人嗜酸性粒细胞 EoL-1 用 Bucladesine sodium (10-100 µM) 处理 8 天，使用 PKA assay 检测活性。结果：用 Bucladesine sodium 处理的 EoL-1 细胞的增殖以时间依赖的方式增加。[1] 方法：PC12 细胞用 Bucladesine sodium (1 mM) 处理 72 h，使用 ELISA Assay 检测 TNF-α 水平。结果：Bucladesine sodium 提高 PKA 的活性。[2]
体内活性	方法：为研究体内抗炎活性，将 Bucladesine sodium (0.24-0.7 µg/kg) 腹腔注射给小鼠铜松脱髓鞘模型，每天一次，持续七天。结果：Bucladesine 对髓鞘形成具有保护作用。细胞内 cAMP 的增强可防止脱髓鞘，并在小鼠铜松脱髓鞘模型中发挥抗炎和抗凋亡特性。[3] 方法：为研究对肝损伤的作用，将 Bucladesine sodium (0.5-500 mg/kg) 腹腔注射给 C57BL/6J jcl 小鼠，1 h 后静脉注射 rTNF-α (1.0 µg/kg) 和腹腔注射 D-gal (500 mg/kg) 引发肝损伤。结果：Bucladesine 保护小鼠免受 TNF-α/D-gal 诱导的肝损伤。Bucladesine 显著增强 D-gal/TNFα 注射小鼠肝细胞中 Hsp70 的表达，这与抑制肝损伤密切相关。[4]
