产品描述	Zinc Protoporphyrin (Zn(II)-protoporphyrin IX) is an orally active and competitive inhibitor of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and markedly attenuates the protective effects of Phloroglucinol (PG) against H2O2, and has anti-cancer activity.
体外活性	Zinc Protoporphyrin （Zn(II)-protoporphyrin IX；5μM；72小时）处理后，晚期凋亡和坏死细胞的比例从对照组的10.9%升至30.4% [3]。Zinc Protoporphyrin （1.25-40μM；48或72小时）对肿瘤细胞表现出细胞静止/细胞毒作用[3]。Zinc Protoporphyrin （2.5, 5μM；48或72小时）导致细胞G1期比例的剂量和时间依赖性减少[3]。Zinc Protoporphyrin （1.25-40μM；48小时）促进裂解（活化）caspase-3的积累[3]。
体内活性	Zinc Protoporphyrin 显示出剂量依赖的抗肿瘤效果，这通过肿瘤生长的延缓来表现[3]。
