背景：在稳定的环境条件下细胞内蛋白质的生成和分解处于动态平衡，当在体外从细胞和组织中提取蛋白时，细胞内的蛋白酶和磷酸酶就会被释放出来或被激活，导致目的蛋白分解或去修饰。因此在提取物中添加适当的蛋白酶、磷酸酶等抑制剂是防止蛋白降解和去修饰的有效方法。

TargetMol 磷酸酶抑制剂Cocktail II 是近年来发现的一批天然产物，很有潜力的磷酸酶抑制，可以高效抑制常见磷酸酶对于蛋白的去磷酸化作用。其中(-)-p-Bromotetramisole Oxalate 是强效不可逆的碱性磷酸酶抑制剂；Cantharidin 是可逆的丝氨酸/苏氨酸磷酸酶抑制剂；Microcystin LR 是可逆的蛋白磷酸酶1和2A（PP1和PP2A）抑制剂。

产品应用

在室温下解冻（如果DMSO在室温下融化较慢，可考虑25℃水浴融化），开盖前请低速离心一下，以便将黏附于管壁的液体甩至管底。然后在实验前以1:100（v / v）稀释至溶液样品（如细胞裂解液或组织提取液），短暂涡旋震荡加速溶解。应用于：WB、IP、Co-IP、pull-down、IF、IHC、kinase assay等。
